About Steel Drum Production Line
The technical parameters and raw material usage of ordinary steel drums are shown in the following figure. Automatic Hole Searching & Labeling Machine
A fully automatic vertical steel drum head label application machine is equipped in the steel drum production line. After the completion of drum filling, designated label or special logo is automatically applied on the drum cover, thus eliminating the possibility of the inefficiency and unsightliness brought on by manual operation.
Fully automatic hole searching and labeling machine is equipped in the steel drum production line. Its adoption allows to paste labels and patterns without labor involvement, and automatic counting and cycle operation.
Apply special assembly fixtures of steel drums, and use photosensitive quick drying atomic printing oil to paste quality certificates, labels, and special patterns.
Production Process
During the operation of 55 gallon steel drum production line, steel drums are transported with chains. When drums are lifted at the punching station, positioning device installed on the top of the steel drum will start its searching towards bung hole. After identifying the bung hole, double rod air cylinder leaves white labeling patterns on steel barrels before they being delivered to the conveying chain for next process, thus to ensure the cycle operation. The electrical part uses PLC system, consisting of manual and automatic control modes.
