Open Head Steel Drum Production Line

Open head steel drum, with a removable barrel top, is more convenient to use. Open head barrel making line and close head barrel making line can be combined into one as long as there are moulds on regular barrel making packaging equipment. It highly improves the utilization of metal barrel production equipment, and saves the costs.

2. The common capacity of large lid bucket is 200L, 100L, 50L and 25L. Locking ring and clip are always fixed on the opening part of top lid of the bucket.

3. Open head steel drum production line covers an area of about 3000 square meters, with a stacking area of about 1000 square meters. This steel barrel production line requires 2-10 employees, and is capable to produce 100,000 to 500,000 barrels annually. • Cap seals helps to keep the large lid steel drums sealed, ensuring that the contents inside are dry and safe.

• Cap seals’ surface is coated with a durable and chemical resistant powder coating, which ensures the long service life of open head steel drums.
• Single-handed opening and closing of steel open barrel can be realized with the help of our cap seals, which makes it easy to operate.
