Designed for manufacturers that need flexible purlin production, the interchangeable C/Z purlin roll forming machine produces both C and Z profiles on the same line. Profile changeover can be completed through parameter adjustment, without mold replacement or machine shutdown, helping reduce changeover time and production interruption.
A PLC control system, servo drive, and digital detection system help maintain profile accuracy, with dimensional deviation controlled within ±0.5 mm and angle error within 0.5°. The purlin forming line integrates automatic feeding, roll forming, cut-to-length cutting, punching, and stacking, supporting a daily output of 1,500–2,000 pieces. It is suitable for industrial plants, warehouses, logistics facilities, solar mounting structures, and other related applications.
