Guide Rail Roll Forming Machine
The guide rail roll forming machine is designed to produce guide rails for roller shutter doors. Bohai offers customized guide rail design according to the customer’s door profile and on-site installation conditions, making it suitable for different shutter systems and project requirements.
Standard guide rail lines support sheet thicknesses of 0.8–2.0 mm and use 14–24 forming stations. A servo cut-to-length system keeps length deviation within ±1 mm. For high wind-load applications, the machine can be configured to produce wider and thicker guide rails, such as 120 × 60 mm profiles. The reinforced structure increases machine rigidity by 40%, while hydraulic overload protection supports continuous and stable operation. It is suitable for coastal projects and other high-wind regions.
