The roller shutter bottom rail roll forming machine is a fully automatic line for producing bottom rails used in roller shutter doors. It integrates decoiling, leveling, roll forming, punching, measuring, cutting, and stacking, supporting efficient production from coil to finished component.
The forming machine is equipped with 22–28 precision forming stations and can process sheet thicknesses of 0.8–2.0 mm, with a production speed of 10–16 m/min. Digital control supports flexible, high-volume production of different bottom rail specifications. Compared with traditional welding processes, production efficiency can be increased by more than 10 times.
The finished bottom rails are commonly used as load-bearing and wind-resistant components in roller shutter doors, including T-shaped and square profiles. Profile shape and thickness can be adjusted according to installation conditions and local environments, making the products suitable for coastal, plateau, and other areas with strong wind or sandstorm conditions.
