Shipping Container Side Panel Roll Forming Machine
Bohai’s shipping container side panel roll forming machine is designed for producing corrugated side wall panels for standard shipping containers. The line supports sheet thicknesses of 1.2–4.0 mm and is equipped with 22–32 forming stations to create stable, uniform panel profiles for container assembly.
A hydraulic cut-to-length system provides clean, accurate cuts and helps keep the panel ends neat and free from deformation, supporting downstream welding and installation. Custom profile options are also available for non-standard container applications.
