Features and Application
The corrugated sheets produced by this line are made of high ribs, which are durable and waterproof as well as storm resistant. Having a light weight and being of low cost, they are easy to assemble on the roof of factories, warehouses, garages, gymnasiums, exhibition halls and other large or medium-sized buildings.
- The Concealed Roof Panel Roll Forming Machine is designed with the chassis that is welded with I steel. With the vibratory stress relieved, the machine is stably welded on the chassis.
- Its main shaft is made of 45# steel after tempering and thermal treatment. It shows excellent comprehensive performance.
- Applying the hydraulic forming and punching technology, the machine adopts the quality hydraulic system to keep stable, secure and efficient performance. Moreover, the cutting blade is made of Cr12 material that is quenched and processed via heat treatment. Its hardness reaches HRC62 and the cutting edge is very smooth.

Configured with the electric controlling system, the controller is easy and convenient for use without connection during the operation.
